Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Personalised or made-to-order Products cannot be returned or a refund paid.
- Items without tags intact, used, worn or not in a saleable condition.
- Items without proof of purchase – packing slip or confirmation email.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Amending an order
We are sometimes able to amend contact details, delivery address or cancel items from and order. Please contact our sales team as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help. (Note: customer service is available Monday – Friday 09:00 – 19:00)
Cancelling your order
You have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by air within 30 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Your custom made order/personalized items are not affected by our returns policy.
International returns
Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into China. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We do not offer free returns on international orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {Amy@youwodisplay.com} and send your item to: {Dalang, Longhua, Shenzhen 518109, Guangdong}.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you can return this to us for a replacement or a refund.
If a fault develops outside of the 30 day return period, email us at Amy@youwodisplay.com before you return the item so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Dalang, Longhua, Shenzhen 518109, Guangdong}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery to Asian countries
For deliveries within Asian countries, all products will be sent out by FedEx/UPS/DHL/SF express etc..
Delivery times vary, but parcels are normally delivered within 7-10 working days

Delivery to the rest of the world
Delivery times vary but parcels are normally delivered within 7-25 working days. (Air freight can deliver your goods in a matter of a few days , while sea freight will often require 4-6 weeks.)
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched, which will contain a tracking link.
Except for DDP shipping,,other international shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country.
Duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

International Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and your delivery address. You can also provide us with your order quantity and address for checking delivery cost before placing bulk order.
