1.Legal & Account Responsibilities (In T&Cs)

Accurate Information: The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate account, shipping, and payment details.

Account Security: The customers are liable for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and all activities under their account.

Age of Majority: By purchasing, the customers represent they are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction or have parental consent.

Prohibited Conduct: The customer must agree not to use products for illegal purposes or transmit harmful code like viruses

2. Financial & Transaction Responsibilities (At Checkout)

Pricing & Currency: The customer is responsible for verifying the total price, including taxes and shipping, as well as which currency is being used

Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer bears responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country(unless the order is under DDP terms)

3.Product & Intellectual Property (IP) Responsibilities

Providing Content: If the customer provides a logo, image, or text for customization, they are responsible for ensuring they own the rights or have permission to use it

Indemnification (IP Liability): The customer agrees to take “full responsibility” and cover any losses if their uploaded design infringes on a third party’s trademark or copyright

Product Variation: The customer acknowledges that actual product colors or details may differ slightly from what is displayed on their screen due to monitor settings

4.Post-Purchase & Delivery Responsibilities

Shipping Information: The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address and is liable for packages misdelivered due to their error.

Returns Process: They must follow the specified return procedure and cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Delivery Acceptance: They are responsible for being available to receive the package or arranging for an alternative (e.g., pickup point)
